I felt myself let down, neglected, like the doctor blamed me, was yelling with the nurse. The most painful examination what I have ever had - and I'm regularly checked with plenty doctors.
I had my printed records and all their letters included statements which never happened or I didn't say - so I'm absolutely disappointed in their professionalism.
