Dear Surgery,
I would just like to let you know how much the surgery has helped today with the tenants at Oakfield Lodge with their transport bookings for hospital appointments.
Especially on the last occasion when the hospital changed their appointments 3 times bringing it forward. The surgery stepped in so I was able to get a blood test before the tenants appointment at the hospital.
We would have waited another 3 months if the surgery didn't help.
