"I can only praise the level of service"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Queen Margaret Hospital / General Medicine

(as a service user),

Felt terribly unwell, tried self care...!! Had unceasingly troublesome cough with lots of chest spam, breathless, lots of phlegm 

Called NHS 111, never used service before....and I can only praise the level of service, from triage, to call back then attending the hospital, advanced nurse practitioner Fiona was efficient, knowledgeable and most of all caring.

I am now on the up, thank you NHS ❤️
