About: Motherwell Locality Support Service / Treatment Room

(as the patient),

I would like to give praise to two treatment rooms in Motherwell: Windmill Health Centre and also Orchard Surgery.

I've had several huge insect bites which turned into huge big blisters. Orchard street is the nearest to me and I saw Jackie who is excellent, I have known her for years at this treatment room, she's professional. As I have trouble bending, she was so understanding letting me be able to sit at a certain height.

The second person is Joanne at the Windmill Health Centre and they had Kayleigh who was a trainee. Both were excellent with their clear explanations. They were both fantastic, so pleasant and understanding in everything they did.

I asked questions and they gave me clear responses even when I was scared about the bandages. They explained everything clearly and that they had a spray that would help. Thank you so much. I think its so important to praise the NHS staff when you have had good care.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent visit to Motherwell Health Centre & Orchard Surgery. It is lovely to hear that you had a very positive experience from Jackie & Joanne. It is also great to hear that you received excellent care despite the challenges that staff sometimes face. This is the standard we work hard to deliver on a daily basis.

As with all services we are operating under a great deal of pressure so your positive feedback and recognition goes a long way to boosting staff and team morale. I am so proud of this feedback and I will ensure it is shared with the Jackie & Joanne & also the wider team.
