The doctor was so helpful and fully checked all notes and listened to our concerns (visit was for my mum) Like the new online system once I became used to logging on and using it properly .Can get a request on the system early so that I don't have to wait for 8.30 and always get a response. Prescriptions and messages are all logged so know they'll be dealt with at some point.
