"I am so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency"

I recently attended Dr Dhasmana's new pulmonary fibrosis clinic and experienced a very organised and efficient service. I had a chest x-ray and lung function test before seeing Dr Dhasmana. This meant he was able to discuss the results immediately in the consultation. He took time to answer my questions on the condition and the tests. This helped to alleviate anxieties I had been experiencing and it reassured me. 

Dr Dhasmana, the nursing staff, x-ray staff and lung technician who carried out the lung function tests were all very professional, efficient and showed kindness in their approach. I am so impressed by their professionalism, efficiency and the organisation of the clinic. It's services like this that make such an impact on a patient's feelings. This service made me feel cared for and valued as a person. What a credit the service is in light of an overwhelmed, very busy NHS these days.
