"I am so appreciative of her kindness, compassion and care"

I am very scared of needles and any type of procedure has me prone to fainting. I was due to get my implant out recently and really wanted to cancel because I was dreading it that much. I decided it was now or never and went along. 

Lynne, the nurse who cared for me, was amazing. She sat me down and we spoke about my contraception options going forward, she answered all my queries and helped me come to an informed decision on my next steps.

When I had the procedure I was very nervous and did get dizzy but Lynne spoke to me through it, reassured me it was okay, and then it was over. I am so appreciative of her kindness, compassion and care - it made such a big difference to me who is quite nervous naturally, let alone when I have a procedure due!
