(as a service user),

I attended a routine dermatology review and bloods were requested. 

Kay ( think that was her name!) introduced herself, bright and bubbly person and show to the room. Kay talked me through the procedure and had contacted the Consultant to ensure all bloods were requested correctly.

Kay spoke of her love for the job, meeting patients and seeing them routinely at appointments and hearing of their progress. It was so refreshing to hear someone be so passionate about her job.

Having ill health I often have bloods taken and Kay was the first person to confirm by dob, wear apron and gloves and have the best technique, first time lucky!

Came across as a really lovely person.

Pleasure to have met this lady.
