(as the patient),

I would just like say our experience at the Day Care Unit was great from check in to check out. The surgical team were excellent they explained the procedure very clearly to him.

I would like to thank the nursing staff who looked after him. Especially Zoe, Mary and Lauren. They made us feel very welcome and had great bedside manner. They were able to answer any concerns we had about my husband opt.

We would just like to say a big Thank you.
