(as a parent/guardian),

My Mother, was a patient in Forth Valley Royal Hospital, in January 2024 for approximately 6 weeks.

During her stay, Mum was assigned to Amy an Occupational Therapist.  Mum clicked with Amy from the start and I'd like to feedback Amy's exceptional personal and professional skills in dealing with Mum.

Amy kept me fully up to date on Mum's progress by telephone as well as a face to face meeting along with Mum.

Amy is a true professional and I'd like to feedback to her management. I truly appreciated all she did for Mum.

Hi FeeBee29 - thank you so much for taking the time to post this lovely feedback regarding your mum's stay at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and her positive interaction with Amy OT.

I do hope your mum is continuing to improve at home and I have passed your kind words to Amy who was delighted that she had made such a difference for your mum.
