"Visit to A&E"

My little boy slipped and gave himself quite a deep cut on his chin. We attended A&E at the Victoria Hospital where he was assessed and stitched up.

The care was so quick, caring and efficient. The staff were all fantastic and compassionate from the reception staff to the nursing staff who we dealt with.

My little boy said afterwards that he felt so safe and that the emergency nurse practitioner  who looked after him was “the loveliest and kindest person in the world”. He was also over the moon with the visit from the Easter bunny and said how lucky he was that he was here when the Easter bunny was!
