(as a service user),

My daughter had an assessment appointment with Graham and Terri last week for her anxiety and other issues. They were fantastic with her. Really kind and helped make her feel comfortable sharing, even if it didn’t seem that way from her demeanour. They helped her feel that her coping strategies were good ones and that there are further things we can do to help. We both left the appointment feeling calmer and hopeful. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for your post. It is lovely to hear that you both felt supported and heard by Terri and Graham and were able to recognise the positive things you already do and also learn about new ones to try.
