After calling nhs 24 for severe abdominal pain the lovely Connie came. she was so comforting, reassuring and made my family feel at ease knowing I was in extremely capable hands, Connie was so pleasant and kept me up to date throughout her whole assessment, explaining things in ways that everyone would understand. She really is an asset to nhs fife.
