I recently took my mum to the Downshire Hospital for a pre-assessment for cataract surgery.  We had such a positive experience - everyone was fantastic - from the volunteer meet and greeter, the reception staff at outpatients and in particular, the nurses that we dealt with.  

Elvey and Monica were friendly, polite, patient and really informative.  They took time to really explain the procedure to my mum and reassure her.  Thanks to everyone in the clinic.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of attending outpatients for cataract preassessment with your Mum.
