"Wonderful Medical Practice"

I have been so impressed by the care my whole family have received from this GP.

Their receptionists are polite, kind and genuinely helpful - you are never fobbed off, you are always spoken to swiftly and requests dealt with efficiently. They often state that something will take a week or two, then significantly beat their own deadlines.

The doctors and nursing staff have been kind and supportive with my son’s early vaccinations, they have helped calm parental worries and they have seen us at very short notice when we were panicked about our sick baby. We have always felt reassured and safe in their hands.

The doctors are very open about processes and why they are recommending anything - they will state the very low probability of something, then still order tests to be absolutely certain. They are highly reassuring and professional when dealing with more sensitive adult procedures, and contrarily they are playful when dealing with my toddler. I’ve even had a nurse kindly take my energetic son away to play for a few minutes as I was at my appointment with him and unexpectedly needed an intimate procedure, for which a toddler’s presence was less than optimal.

I have been so happy with their care for my son and myself, that I have now insisted my husband move over to their service as well; having only been in their care for two days, they have already proven to be more polite, helpful and generally better than his prior surgery ever was. We could not recommend this practice more highly.
