(as the patient),

I consider Dr Kuklewicz to be a brilliant psychiatrist. The dr has recorded exceptionally well the complicated interview regarding my mental health. i have tried having a review 50 years ago and fell that this doctor has opened a door which is amazingly wonderful.

So the way it has been dealt with gives me hope that my GP to whom I have been referred back to will be able to consider my opinion that 50 years was an accidental mistake, no liability involved just a mistake. Thank you.
