(as a service user),

I met Alex and Emma from employment support a few years ago in a dark time in my life.  They supported me for an extended time. I felt understood for the first time and was able to problem solve and found work after not working for 7 years. I'm in my second job as rehab support worker. My confidence has improved and each time I had a concern I discussed with Alex or Emma. Emma supported with discussing my strengths and my interests and work options and with applications as I have ADHD and dyslexia. 

I think Alex and Emma add  human touch and kindness to care and are  very genuine. I feel more optimistic about the future now

I manage a team of employment specialists which is attached to Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark& Sherwood LMHT. the service supports the service users to seek suitable job opportunities by offering intense support that is responsive to individuals' strenghts, skills abilities and percieved barriers and follows this with time unlimited on job support to help sustian employment. provides employment support, careers advise and guidance to the service users who are under the care of AMH.
