"Moving on & grateful"

I'm moving on soon and i'd like to thank all of the staff that have worked with me over the years. you've all been great. I couldn't of got this far without the help and support that i've been given. all of the time and effort that people have put in with me. they've helped me to move on with my life. they've helped me believe in myself and helped me realise that i do deserve a life outside of hospitals.
