"Depressingly awful"

Impossible to get an appointment. Told to call at 8am and cut off every time until the recorded message says all appointments are gone by 8.06am. Ended up having to go privately to discover I had an infection that needed immediate treatment.

Even if you are lucky enough to be given an appointment, it's a telephone call and you are not given a time, and the person can't wait to get you off the phone. Last year, I ended up sobbing at work because I'd carried my phone into every meeting and every bathroom all day anxiously waiting for a call only to be completely dismissed, feeling that I had no access to any kind of healthcare.

I've been at this surgery for the last 30 years or so, and the total lack of access to care this the biggest danger to my health out there. Avoid.
