"No face to face"

I called the GP surgery yesterday, to make an appointment to see a doctor. My call was answered after waiting one hour and 35 minutes. After all that time of waiting, I was still not given a face to face appointment, but only a telephone call back. I am left trying to describe the nature of my injury over the phone rather than being able to show it to a doctor. This is not good enough and is adding extra stress and anxiety to a situation, that by its very nature is distressing.

Please bring back face to face doctor appointments.
