"Worst GP in the area"

About: Red Bank Group Practice

I dont know where to start. I've had nothing but problems with Redbank since joining in 2023.

Firstly, i'd registerd and expressed how servere my mental health was and that my previous practice down south had sent over my case and medications..

It took weeks for me to get an appointment after constantly ringing and constantly being told tjey were busy and could book me in for a mobile call the following week after me explaining how low i was. I wasn't taken seriously and was then 'told off'and told that i had upset the receptionist by expressing that i was feeling suicidal at the time and the gp we passing me around.

Following this, i was diagnosed in November with ADHD and Autism and the company that diagnosed me required further medical assistance from my GP in order to follow out the medication and help needed. I immediately tried to book an appointment as i needed an ECG, blood test and height and weight and blood pressure done..Again, every single time i rang, i waited for an hour on hold, to be told they'd again book me in for a call in the next few weeks after me saying i have already had a call and a call isnt going to get my case any further, i need tests doing.. still told they cant do anything about it and to request an appointment through Ask my GP. Now this service itself is awful to use and as someone with unvisible disabilities, i struggle with things like this and accessing the point is difficult anyway. I finally did it at 7.30AM and didn't get a repmy till 6.30pm that day after being told it was the quickest and easiest way.

The whole practice is a joke and the staff are horrible and inconsiderate.

This week i tried to call multiple days and didnt get an answer as i started with a case of constipation and then bleeding and extreme pain, which then lead onto heart pains. I also have a heart condition and bulemia and this issue caused stomach pain, heart pain, and triggered my eating disorder again as i am scared to eat due to not being able to pass.

As a considerate person, i didn't ring the GP initially in the first few days as i thought it would pass and be normal constipation, therefore got my own remmedies and did my own research and tried to help myself to save the GP's time for more important things.. then when after a few days i started bleeding and only passing a tissue like membrane, and being in 10/10 pain all day, i panicked and called the GP, waited for 30 mins to be tokd to ring 111. Guess what, i rang 111 and was on the phone for 45 minutes for them to refer me back to the gp and told to ring them within 10 mins so i did. For them to tell me they'd ring me later that day, and they didnt. They rang me the next day and that was their excuse for me not having an appointment. I was on the phone from 7.40am till 9.56am and still didnt get through. To walk to the practice in pain. The attitude and lack of concern or care was disgusting and they show no support for mental health or urgent matters unless you're elderly.
