The procedure went well. The staff were all friendly - notably Donna, Dr Payne, and Bekah. I was treated well my entire time at the MPU, the place was clean and tidy and well organised, everything was explained to me in great detail and time was taken to ensure I was fully aware of what was happening at all times. I was very happy with my experience.
