"I was treated with respect and dignity"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as the patient),

I was in a great deal of pain and discomfort and stressed, however was treated with a high level of care and support from the staff nurse Jill, the doctor and support staff.

I was kept well informed about clinical options and was empowered to make own decisions on these.  I was treated with respect and dignity and given reassurance about follow up support.

Only thing that would make experience better would be to provide beds/trollies for women who may not be able to sit on chairs for any length of time.

Dear GG80

Thank you for spending the time to share feedback with us.

I will pass on to Jill and the team that you felt empowered and were treated with a high level of care and support.

I will pass on your comments re trollies and beds.

I wish you well.

Kind regards,

Nikki Harvey
