"let down time and time again"

I have used Baxter many times for Home IVs the second last time they hounded me about getting the fridge back but would only pick it up on a Tuesday and I volunteered at a charity that day. every time they rang me the kept acting like we never have this conversation before and kept saying Tuesday only (this would be the Wednesday before) This time they left me four days short of flush and as it was near the end of my couse there would of been no point in contacting the hospital, thankfully i had some flush for a nebuliser but had to uses up so mush of it. I rang the to book in a collection of fridge and medical waste but no one was there so the operator said he would get someone to ring me back a week passed and nothing so i rang again book collection for both on Friday but when the guy arrived was told they don't take fridges so now I will have to contact Baxter again.
