"Not satisfied after the visit"

Been for 3 appointments for an injiry I had in the past and at times it gets iritated and extremely uncomfortable for a couple days. One, I was not given an answer to why this happens. Two, on my last visit the doctor said was going to prescribe two different eye drops. Turns out he only prescribe one but I had to make calls to this clinic and to my GP to finally get that prescription to the pharmacy, the same happened after the 3 visits where I have to make multiple calls. After calling CHEC to ask if doctor forgot to prescribe me the other eyedrop, then I received a call next morning from a different doctor saying that sometimes that happens referring to my red eye problem and that is fine I only need to use the one, but that was not what I discussed with the other doctor. Third, after my last two visits only a few days after I got the red eye infection 4 days after my visit on the day I was travelling, this was a very uncomfortable trip and my eye got really painful for 2 days. Saying this I dont think it was a coincidence getting this twice again after my visits when the other weeks I was fine, I think it may be due to poor cleanliness of the doctor the equipment or room at CHEC. I have an appointment soon and not sure If I want to go and thinking of going private.
