About: X-rays and Scans / Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening

(as the patient),

I never like going for scans or check ups as I always think I’m going to get bad news.

The two nurses that took care of me were brilliant and put me at ease straight away, they let me yap on (as I seem to do a lot more when I’m nervous) and the scan was all over before I knew it. The two ladies were very kind and considerate towards me.

I’m so glad that I went for the AAA scan now as I was thinking about giving it a miss. 

The service I received was first class. Thank you.
