I overheard members of staff laughing ąbout where patients were being discharged to. They were laughing at me too. One member of staff was talking about me and my family loudly. My hearing is not good - however, I heard what the member of staff said. This person showed no dignity, and was also laughing ąbout someone who had to go into a care home after their partner had died.
