About: Specialist Therapy Services / Mid Notts Cardio-Respiratory Services

(as the patient),

Was feeling exhausted and sleeping most of the day. Cardiac nurse reviewed my medication altered my prescription to new drugs.

Went on cardiac rehabilitation programme and feeling much better now.
