About: Greenmoss Medical Centre

I regret to say that my experience with Greenmoss medical centre has been highly unsatisfactory, prompting me to write this negative review. I reached out to the practice to book an appointment within a reasonable timeframe of two weeks, only to be met with gasps of surprise and what felt like unwarranted judgment from the staff.

Interactions with the practise have left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the extent that I have since avoided seeking general health visits altogether. The unprofessional demeanour displayed during my attempt to schedule an appointment has greatly discouraged me from engaging further.

As a result, I have opted to switch to another GP practice where I hope to receive the level of respect and professionalism that was sorely lacking at Greenmoss medical centre. It is disheartening to have to resort to such measures due to the dismissive and off-putting behaviour encountered.
