Thankyou so much, I visited for a day case ent operation on 27.11.07.
Your staff were amazing and the daycare unit so helpful and made me feel less stressed, Particular thanks to the nurses who met me at preassessment and looked after me very well. Also thanks to the doctor and the anaesthetic nurse for reassuring me and helping me in recovery after an asthma attack. And to the other doctor who told me the outcome before I left hospital, very reassuring not to wait on diagnosis. Eileen Hutchinson
