Econsult is a great idea, however I was given an appointment that I could not attend. All I wanted to do was change it. Four phone calls where I am 'number 1' in the queue but actually on hold for 25 mins each time. Three out of four times, someone answered and then put me straight back on hold. At which point I gave up.
Website says use the online form to contact them but the link just goes to the phone number and the address.
I honestly don't know how else to change my appointment.
