"Worse GP and receptionist ever"

The receptionist, she’s very very very rude

If you make a phone call to make an appointment, they send you to make online triage, but if you don’t know English, they don’t care about , and you make a phone call back tell them you don’t know English they say they gonna call you and you may have to wait two or three days and they never call you back. You tell them your condition it’s not very well you have fever, asthma and infection too lungs, I still have four days no answer

I’m so sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced, and I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this must be, especially when you're not feeling well. It’s unacceptable that you weren’t given the support you needed, and I sincerely apologize for the poor service you've received. No one should feel dismissed or ignored, especially when dealing with health concerns. our health is our priority, and I truly hope you're able to receive the proper support soon.
