I have just had an overnight stay in the Acute medical unit and I was really impressed with the care of each member of the team . Especially the agency grade 6 that was running the unit .he could not do enough for his patients and went way above expectations to ensure each individual was treated with respect and felt valued. Thank you

Dear Jayne,

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback you have given and for sharing your experiences of your stay on the Acute Medical unit. It is really so nice to hear when things have gone so well and especially good when a particular member of staff has made the extra effort to ensure excellent care is being provided. I will pass on your comments to Matron who will share this accordingly. We do strive to give all our patients the best possible experience and is is very much appreciated to hear when good care has been delivered.
