We have said on multiple occasions that we must leave written feedback and have never got round to it, tonight we are!
Grantley Medical Practice have been excellent. Although we (fortunately) seldom have required their services in the past there have been a number of occasions in the past 3 years where we have had acute concerns with our children’s health. On all occasions the practice has been impressively efficient and they have been seen on the same day as calling. Sometimes within an hour or two. On each occasion, thorough examination and history was taken and made us all feel at ease with follow-up planned if required.
We are aware of the time constraints and increasing volume of work in primary care and greatly appreciate the care and attention given to our family. We were never made to feel like we were a burden at any point and enjoy the friendly practice.
We would like to thank Drs Gallagher, Steel and Poole for their care and Lisa at the desk for her help.
