"This programme and all the dedicated amazing staff has been transformational"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Chronic Pain Services

(as a service user),

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rehabilitation programme.

The programme is very intense and not to be taken lightly. Rightly so there is a lot of screening and input by a number of staff to get to the point of being selected as suitable for the programme. I feel privileged for being offered the course.

I have had MS since my early 20's and have suffered widespread and intense pain throughout my body including, neuropathic pain, spasticity, MSK among others. Despite numerous medications with severe side effects and limited positive effect, I still suffered pain daily.

This programme and all the dedicated amazing staff has been transformational. Each professional and their individual expertise as well as how they worked in tandem was next to none. The principles of ACT to treat chronic pain are absolutely mind blowing and life changing.

I hope more chronic pain sufferers can avail of this amazing and ground breaking course.
