"She was caring and had a lot of patience"

About: North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership / Occupational therapy

(as a service user),

I was seen by the OT physiotherapist to get a walking frame. I think she was called Clair. She was very good and professional. Top marks! She was caring and had a lot of patience

Dear geminimb34,

Thank you for the feedback regarding the provision of your walking frame. It is always gratifying to hear that our staff are have a caring and patient manner. It is often the little things that make such a difference to our experiences in the care we receive so to hear you have had positive experience with Claire is very pleasing.

Staff always enjoy receiving positive feedback and your feedback has been shared with Claire and the rest of the team, I hope the walking frame is continuing to be of assistance.

Thank you once again.

Kind regards,

Joanna Plaine
