Thank you for taking the time to feedback on you experience.

I'd like to apologise that you were not called at your arranged appointment times.

Unforeseen circumstances can occasionally mean other patients take priority, (eg an incident in the clinic/staff illness) however, communication should remain effective to patients so they know what to expect and appointments can be rearranged as a last resort. Sincere apologies that this did not happen for you. I am unsure if you did get your call.

If you would like to get in touch with me please and I can look into this further for you and arrange an appropriate time to arrange a call for you.

I will ensure that this is raised to the team to prevent this from happening again.
