The care and support you all showed towards my son , and also myself was incredible. You identified that I was struggling, had had an incredibly tough time and was having difficulty making decisions. You took care of me too, let me rest, made me feel heard and held, and also respected. I cannot thank you all enough, you are all incredibly special people, thank you. A special thank you to Becky, Ally, Michelle, Jaz (student) and Polly (consultant).

What lovely feedback, thank you so much!

I am so pleased to hear you and your son were given the upmost supportive care during your stay with us. We very much understand the importance of active listening and providing respectful and compassionate care for our families too during the very stressful times when your children are poorly - I am very glad you were so well looked after to ease such a worrisome time.

Thank you so much for your kind thanks to Becky, Ally, Michelle, Jaz and Polly. They work incredibly hard to provide the very best of care for our children, young people and families - they are such valued members of our team. I will share your special thanks directly with all of them - they will be delighted.

I will also share with the whole of the Children's unit. I am in no doubt everyone will be very appreciative of your kind thanks.

I wish your son a speedy recovery.
