"same old problem"

About: Harold Street Medical Centre

Failure to authorise repeat prescription 18/03/24

Note earlier review on the same topic.

Fourth month running and, yet again, prescription not authorised. Other times it has been out of date items but current prescription not updated. Every time it means that I run out of at least one item before they get their act together. Speak to reception and it's never their fault, they don't even apologise most times.

Very disappointing that nearly 1 year on from an earlier review on the same topic I am still experiencing the same problem. There have been times when a prescription change was not updated on the system and also times when the repeat prescription request was apparently overlooked. End result is always the same - medication not delivered on time and wait another 7-10 days after contacting the surgery.

Dear notafan

Thank you for leaving a comment about your experience with the practice. I'm sorry you are having problems with your prescription and you feel the practice is not helping you to resolve it. If you would like to contact the practice and leave some contact information for yourself, I would be more than happy to personally look in to this for you, to try and resolve the matter

Thank you
