I felt some of the HCA's and a few nurses in Sherwood Oaks don't really care. Some spend time reading messages on their personal phones. I felt that there was bullying by some staff, and I felt some wards were not well-led and not safe. Some staff did not call you for breakfast. Some staff were nice. But the bad apples affected the hospital being run properly.
