About: General Outpatients Department / Audiology Service

(as a service user),

My  wee boy had an appointment with Courtney, Audiologist at PRI. 

She was absolutely fantastic & took the time to explain everything to him, make him laugh & involved my young daughter - she let her be a helper & both of my kids left smiling and happy. 

She clearly has a knack with kids & also as a parent I felt my concerns were heard and I left the appointment feeling really reassured about my son. 

She delivered gold standard care & I hope this is fed back to her management.

Thank you so much for your feedback - I am so pleased you got this level of service and felt heard as a parent. I will definitely be feeding this back to Courtney and the rest of the team.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this lovely feedback about Courtney. I am so pleased that both your children and yourself left the appointment happy and reassured. Courtney is a valued staff member of both the Paediatric and the Adult Team in Audiology and I will pass on your kind words to her when we meet in our Audiology Team Huddle tomorrow.
