"Filthy"

We were quite pleased, today, to get a (tight) parking space as soon as we got upstairs in the multi-storey.

But does anyone ever clean the stairwell?

It's filthy, old leaves (from last Autumn?) and mud all over the deck... the paint peeling, the entrance dark... must be a cracker going in and out at night if you're a lone female... not scary at all...

If I get replies defending the hospital, saying that this is a concession and not their responsibility then that's worse.

There'll be a contract.

That contract either mentions keeping the place clean or it doesn't.

If it does then no-one is checking and if it doesn't mention cleanliness then why doesn't it?
