I had an emergency appointment at Broxden dental. I’m absolutely terrified of dentists, so was dreading it. I ended up needing a tooth removed.
The students were unbelievably kind and caring. They took so much time to make sure I was okay and explain the whole process to me. When I put my hand up to stop, due to pain, they stopped straight away. They put on music that I liked to try and help calm me during the process.
Every time they moved to a new step, they waited for me to say I was ready before trying to begin. As the process went on, they were telling me how it was going and what was left/ how close they were to finishing the extraction. I was unsure about being seen by students at first, but they were an absolute credit to the building.
I would argue that they were better than any dentists I’ve ever been seen by. I wish I could remember the names of the students so I could actually credit them properly, but they were fantastic.
Today was the first time I had ever felt comfortable in a dentist. So grateful to the two girls I was seen by
