"the worst&racist practice ever"

As a stroke patient, the three years I signed up with this practice was without a doubt the most painful experience. The receptionist is perpetually rude, emails are never replied to, and they even rudely hang up on you when you have been waiting for a long time. I even experienced extremely bad discrimination at a phone appointment after experiencing this clinic's trademark three points. Not only did the male doctor use his trademark discriminatory words in abrupt Mandarin when I was describing my problem, but he even blamed me for speaking slowly and speculated without reason that it was because I had a stroke (which is absolutely not). I sincerely hope that residents of the neighbourhood do not try this practice unless you want your illness to go untreated and get worse.
