In recent weeks I have needed to visit the practice on a number of occasions. I can only praise the availability and the thorough and supportive approach in seeking to analyse and then diagnose the symptoms I have been experiencing. Thank you. At the same time the efficiency in the way the practice operates which includes the appointment service and the use of technology to maintain an ongoing dialogue pre appointment and then post appointment when required can only be commended. Bringing a business lens to the practice and how service is measured I would answer the following question: on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 high) how likely would you be to recommend the practice to family and friends: with the score of 10.
