"Very bad time keeping and gossipy reception staff "

About: Amwell Group Practice

I had an appointment today and instead of telling me the gp was running behind they let me sit for nearly an hour , not the worst thing a lady in the desk was on the phone to someone and when she got off she commented about the patient being a handful and posh snob saying nothing is good enough for her, her fellow colleagues laughed , it’s extremely disrespectful to do this and I can believe how they talked about someone calling up

Dear Keely,

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at the surgery, this sounds completely unacceptable. We have taken your words on board. We welcome feedback, and if you would like to discuss your concerns further please feel free to call the surgery to discuss your thoughts with our practice manager. We take feedback as an opportunity for learning and to improve our service.

On another note, we now have a self check-in system which tells you what the waiting time is for your GP and I hope this is helpful.
