What could be improved

my dad has been in whiston now for near 2 months all in all, he went in with pneumonia and near heart failure first so thay gave him warfarin he was sent home only 2 days later we had to take him back he had an internal bleed instead of them putting he back on the ward he came out of he was put in a gastric ward were he caught mrsa, thay then move him to isolation just when we were expecting him home (which was 2 weeks ago) he now has caught c diff . in all the time i have been visiting my dad both afternoon and evening i have yet to see any cleaner both my sister and myself we got our own dettol wipes to clean his room .my dad does not like to make a fuss but i really don't think its good enough. but i will say the nursing staff have been excellent

when i had my children in whiston the cleaners were around 2 or3 times a day i think thats the way it should be it would cut down the chances of any one in ther contracting msra or c diff of which my dad has had both in a space of 2 months.
