"Disappointing rushed consultation experience"

About: Millway Medical Practice

"I recently had an appointment on Wednesday, 6th of March, 2024, at 9:30 am with a lady doctor at the surgery, and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the moment the consultation began, I felt rushed, with a clear indication that there was limited time due to a busy schedule. The interaction lasted less than five minutes, during which some creams were recommended for my condition. However, when I sought further clarification on how to use them, I was promised a follow-up text with instructions that never arrived.

This was a stark contrast to the care and attention I've received from other doctors at the same surgery, which has always been very helpful and supportive.

The lack of communication and the hurried nature of the consultation left me feeling disappointed. Therefore, based on this specific experience, I find it difficult to recommend this particular service. However, I want to clarify that this does not reflect the overall quality of care at the surgery, which I have found to be excellent.
