"In summary – brilliant!"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The service worked well for us. We were desperate to get into the service for some support for my mum, so found the short wait time was good. Input from Kat the Occupational Therapist was very helpful – she gave help with mum’s sleep and how to clear her mind, as well as help with her memory. She also helped us get onward referrals to the sight team to get some equipment which is now in the house. Mum seems much better now. Seen a great impact on her mind – boosting her mood. She’s more positive now – wants to keep going rather than giving up. Kat was brilliant – friendly and good to get on with. There is nothing we would change. Access to the service was easy as already familiar with the practice. In summary – brilliant!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience of working with one of our primary care OT's, Kat,

I am so pleased to hear the support offered to your mum was accessible to you at the right time and that there has been a positive impact on her overall health and wellbeing.

Feedback is always gratefully received, I will make sure to pass this onto Kat and our team.

May I take this opportunity to wish you well,

Sam
