"Badger Notes Following Miscarriage"

Badger notes is an app which keeps the maternity record together. I went for the 20 week scan and to our horror the baby had no heartbeat and was measuring 17 weeks and 3 days. 

To my horror Badger notes had updated with a birth date and time for the foetal remains. After a horrific experience to remove the pregnancy which involved general anaesthetic and emergency surgery, this was the last thing I wanted to see. I feel this should be something which you can request but should not be pushed upon people. Everyone deals with these things in different ways and wants to receive information differently. I personally find it traumatic to see the weight of the remains which had been decomposing for 3 weeks inside me.
